At MyCare, we believe in price transparency. When you become a member, you can say goodbye to surprise medical bills. We charge one monthly rate based on age, and we offer lab work and common generic medications to members at wholesale prices. There are no co-pays for office visits.

Our monthly rates are as follows:

• Ages 0-19: $15 with additional adult enrollment

• Ages 20-29: $25

• Ages 30-39: $35

• Ages 40-49: $45

• Ages 50 and above: $50

• There is an additional one-time set up fee of $60 which is due at the initial visit.
